Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Shire of Mt Marshall, at its meeting held on 21 November 2023, resolved to:
Revoke the following Local Planning Policies (LPPs):
LP.1.1 Application for Planning Consent.
LP.1.2 Moveable Buildings.
LP.1.3 Home Occupation.
LP.1.4 Outbuildings in Residential and Townsite Zoned Areas.
Further details of the above can be obtained by viewing the Minutes of the Ordinary Council Meeting of 21 November 2023. The revocation of the above local planning policies has effect as of the date of this Notice being 28 November 2023.
